Do you want to work in the Regenberg Lab? We accept new students who are interested in genetics, genomics and bioinformatics to assist with our cutting-edge research projects and gain state-of-the-art training and experience in a multidisciplinary lab.

Masters and PhD students

Do you study bioinformatics, biology or biomedicine? Are you interested in genetics of diseases, evolution or genomics? Then one of our projects might be interesting for you. We address the following questions in our projects:

• Which factors are involved in the formation of circular DNA?

• How does circular DNA affect ageing?

• Are circular DNAs key drivers in gene amplifications?

• Can circular DNA be used as a marker for cancer?

• How do we best isolate and map circular DNA?

Postdoctoral Researchers

Potential candidates are encouraged to inquire about possibilities for applying for postdoctoral fellowships from Danish and international foundations.
